A surface plasmon resonance based cantilever sensor and a sample detection and quantitative analysis method using the same are provided to be inexpensive for measurement with an easy and accurate measurement. A surface plasmon resonance based cantilever sensor includes a substrate(100), a cantilever supporter(210), a cantilever(200), a dielectric medium, an input light source, and a light receiving part. Metal thin film(300) is applied uniformly and partly on the substrate. The cantilever supporter is fixed on the substrate and supports the cantilever. The cantilever is supported by the cantilever supporter and has a predetermined gap from the metal thin film. The dielectric medium is introduced below the substrate for generating surface plasmon resonance. The input light source inputs light onto the metal thin film through the dielectric medium. The light receiving part measures light reflected from the metal thin film.

The LVARS is a fully instrumental, non-destructive spectroscopic device for the analysis and verification and authentication of the optical and electromagnetic properties (OEMP) of organic or inorganic media that is either naturally occurring, or manufactured or processed such as the inks, dyes, thin films, plastics, toners, paper, fixatives, paints, and printing agents used in documents and financial instruments. The instrument is quantitative in nature so as to correlate compositional data (elemental, isotopic, structure) with Raman optical spectra. The LVARS design consists of a computer-controlled spectrometer with a microscope-guided grid head containing the laser excitation source and detector and optics. The spectrometer contains signal processing electronics which sends a stream of data to the computer for analysis and correlation with the library database.In other embodiment, the LVARS system is also capabable of performing analysis and verification and authentication of the OEMP of organic and inorganic compounds, for both natural as well as manufactured compounds.

A gas detection system that removes the influence of an ambient temperature or humidity change and a method for the same. The gas detection system comprises an exposed sensor (20), a reference sensor (30), and a calculation module (40). The exposed sensor (20) is used to detect a target gas in the ambient gas and acquire a first feedback signal. The reference sensor (30) is used to selectively isolate the target gas in the ambient gas and generate a zero gas, perform detection on the zero gas, and acquire a second feedback signal. The calculation module (40) is used to calculate a difference value between the first feedback signal and the second feedback signal and acquire a third feedback signal, perform calculation according to the third feedback signal and a calibration formula, and acquire a concentration of the target gas. The gas detection system and the method for the same can remove the influence of an ambient temperature or humidity change on sensor signals, thereby achieving precise monitoring on a target gas concentration, providing high efficiency and reliability, and achieving a superior technical effect. SOLUTION: Either side of a polyester or polyamide thin film is ground with sand rolls of different grain sizes in succession to have a frosted side that had been a glossy one. When glued to the surface of a measuring tape where its scales are printed, the polyester or polyamide thin film with the fronted side makes on the measuring tape a nonreflexive surface of a sort, which by contraries makes the scales easier to read.
