摘要：Disclosed are a method and apparatus for an intelligent response, which belong to the technical field of artificial intelligence. The method comprises: periodically training a response model in a response model library according to a response record and a preset data set; determining and invoking a target response model in the response model library when session information sent by a client is received; and generating response information of the session information with the target response model, feeding back the response information to the client, and adding the session information and the response information to the response record. By means of the method and apparatus, intelligent response processing for self-learning and accurate responding without excessive manual intervention can be realized. La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil destinés à fournir une réponse intelligente, qui se rapportent au domaine technique de l'intelligence artificielle.
