摘要：The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for identifying the number of targets, and a computer-readable storage medium, which relate to the technical field of artificial intelligence. The method for identifying the number of targets comprises: processing, by means of a deep learning neural network, an image, which is to be predicted, to obtain a target point cloud image with a shallow image feature and a deep image feature of the image to be predicted, wherein each target point in the target point cloud image represents one target in the image to be predicted; and identifying the number of point clouds in the target point cloud image to obtain the number of targets in the image to be predicted. In the present disclosure, by means of artificial intelligence technology, the number of targets in a target group can be quickly, accurately and efficiently identified, and basic support for intelligent breeding can be provided when the present disclosure is applied to animal husbandry.
