The system comprises a human body data acquisition module, a modeling server and an intelligent clothing module. The method comprises: acquiring human body data; using an artificial intelligence algorithm for intelligent modeling and optimization according to the human body data to obtain a three-dimensional human body model; and performing intelligent clothing according to the three-dimensional human body model and a three-dimensional clothing material library to obtain a clothing drawing, the intelligent clothing comprising real-human 3D model rendering and human body information extraction. The present invention uses the artificial intelligence algorithm to obtain a precise three-dimensional human body model for real-human 3D model rendering, and may provide a more accurate three-dimensional human body model to render a real-human 3D model for fitting, so customized clothes may be matched with custom personnel more reasonably.
