摘要：Provided are a man-machine interaction method and apparatus based on artificial intelligence. The man-machine interaction method based on artificial intelligence comprises: receiving a problem input by a user; according to a pre-generated model, processing the problem to acquire an answer corresponding to the problem and being in the style of human dialogue, with the model being generated according to a human dialogue corpus; and feeding back the answer to a user. The method can enable man-machine interaction to have a real human dialogue and interaction effect. Le procédé d'interaction homme-machine fondé sur l'intelligence artificielle consiste : à recevoir un problème entré par un utilisateur ; conformément à un modèle prégénéré, à traiter le problème afin d'acquérir une réponse correspondant au problème et correspondant à un style de dialogue humain, le modèle étant généré en fonction d'un corpus de dialogue humain ; et à renvoyer la réponse à un utilisateur.
