摘要：A method of determining immunochemically reactive components, using one or more labelled components obtained by coupling the component concerned directly or indirectly to a sol of a non-metallic element (such as Se, Te, S, P, C, Si) or an inorganic compound thereof which does not contain metallic elements (such as SiO2 ). Also a method of preparing such a labelled component, as well as to a material thus labelled per se, and to a test kit containing such a labelled component.
