摘要：PURPOSE: Coating substances for adjusting a dispersing angle or a high efficiency neutron collimator using a Si wafer in which a super mirror is deposited is provided to select several substances depending on the dispersing angle of a target beam and to deposit the selected substances on the Si wafer, thereby precisely adjusting the dispersing angle of the target beam. CONSTITUTION: A neutron collimator(110) is composed of a Si wafer(111), super mirror(112), and a neutron absorption layer. The super mirror is deposited on a surface of the Si wafer in a thickness order from a thick thin-film to thin thin-film. The neutron absorption layer is deposited on a surface of the super mirror. The neutron absorption layer is composed of a Gd layer.
