摘要:511,367. Power meters. SIEMENS & HALSKE AKT.-GES. Feb. 16, 1938, Nos. 4874 and 4875. Convention dates, March 24, 1937 and March 30, 1937. [Class 37] Measurements of high-frequency power by the difference of the squares of the sum and differences of two quantities derived from the currents and voltage circuits are effected by a current transformer secondary winding connected to two series-connected thermal, diode, or dry-surface rectifying or conversion circuits producing the current quantity, and a resistor connected on the transformer and rectifier circuit for producing the voltage components. The voltage circuit is made either to a midpoint terminal or to end terminals of the converter circuit. In Fig. 1, the apparatus is housed in a casing 1 provided with voltage terminals 2, 3 and terminals 4, 5 connected to load 6. The transformer secondary winding 8 is tapped at its centre on to the primary and is in series with two thermo-converters 15, 16, the junctions of which are connected in opposition to a moving coil instrument 17. The voltage connection is completed through resistor 9 and midpoint terminals on the converters 15, 16 and winding 8. In Fig. 5, the transformer windings comprise two series opposed halves 8, 8<1>, the voltage connection being made through resistors 20, 21 and at the ends thereof, the junction of the resistors 20, 21 being connected to the common junction of the rectifier circuit. A double diode 22 has its cathode connected between the resistors 20, 21 and its anodes to the coils of a double moving-coil instrument 25, the effective conversion circuits being series-connected. Two separate diodes may be employed, or in their place, grid-controlled valves may be used, and the moving-coil instrument may have a single coil operated differentially. The current transformer and instrument 25 can be arranged outside the casing 1.
